2 minutes from the railway station by foot. This chip shop has been there for 90 years. The chips are very good and cooked really well. Prices are good and the owners are friendly people. They have a good selection of fried fish also.

Amazing people, the staff (husband and believe wife) were very humble and helpful. The food, honestly was so good (Batter and freshness) easily the best fish and chips I’ve had in years and needless to say best in the area. Call in advance as items are freshly prepared and fried. Great selection of menu, next up the battered prawns! You can see why this establishment has held stead fast for decades. *Portion size of chips was allot larger than in picture. Some were eaten en route home :)

1st time new customer who had enough of my local poor quality chip shops nearby and decided to see if the reviews for Superfryer were accurate. Chips were fresh, crispy and delicious. Owners are a lovely couple who were so lovely to talk to and personable. They have managed shop for 20+ years. Wow, they must be doing something right !! The food was lovely, Service was excellent 👍. Will definitely be coming back 🍟
